IntellizipIntelliZip is the Smart Bandwidth Management technology that enables the illustra Flex range of IP cameras to stream the high resolution video images whilst reduced bandwidth consumption which in itself leads to reducing the amount of storage capacity the camera needs thereby saving costs without compromising on frame rates, resolution or record duration.

TrickleStorA network interruption between the camera and NVR can result in the loss of video recording of mission critical events such as health and safety violations, or crimes. To mitigate the risk of a network loss, TrickleStor enables the camera to detects this fault condition and record to an onboard SD card until network connection is re-established. At this point the video recorded on the SD card is then automatically synchronised with the recorder, seamlessly backfilling the missing video. This means that there are no gaps in the video should an operator need to replay video or create a clip of an event which took place during the network outage.

True Day/NightBeing a True Day / Night camera with integral Adaptive IR reduces the overall cost of the video surveillance system as no supplementary and costly external IR lights are needed to flood the area of interest with IR at night. The integral Adaptive IR LEDs adjust in intensity so as to deliver the right amount of light to see objects close up or far into the distance, up to 150M away. This means that the illustra Flex IR PTZ is just as effective at night as it is during the day and 24/7 use of the camera assures excellent value for money.
